AI Recognition provides:

  • Image Recognition: AI-powered object and scene recognition across 12 specialized categories
  • AI Chat: Conversational AI assistant powered by Google Gemini 2.0 Flash
  • Voice Input: Speech-to-text functionality supporting 50+ languages
  • Multi-language Support: Interface available in 20 languages

3. Usage Limits and Restrictions

3.1 Daily Limits

  • Recognition: 20 free recognitions per day
  • Chat: 50 free messages per day
  • Limits reset daily at 00:00 UTC

3.2 Reward System

  • Watch advertisements to earn additional usage:
    • Recognition: +5 per ad (maximum 3 ads per day)
    • Chat: +10 messages per ad (maximum 3 ads per day)
  • Reward limits reset daily at 00:00 UTC

3.3 Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

  • Attempt to bypass or circumvent usage limits
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use the service for illegal or harmful purposes
  • Upload inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Resell or redistribute our services
  • Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others

4. User Content

4.1 Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • All images you upload for recognition
  • All messages you send through the chat feature
  • Ensuring you have the right to use any content you submit
  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations

4.2 Content Guidelines

You agree not to submit content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
  • Violates intellectual property rights
  • Contains personal information of others without consent
  • Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Is sexually explicit or pornographic
  • Promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred

4.3 License to Use Content

By submitting content to our service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to:

  • Process your images for recognition purposes
  • Process your messages for AI chat responses
  • Use anonymized data to improve our services

Note: We do not claim ownership of your content and do not permanently store it on our servers.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and all its contents, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by:

  • Copyright laws
  • Trademark laws
  • Other intellectual property rights

5.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • 100% accuracy of recognition results
  • Availability at all times
  • Compatibility with all devices

Please note that:

  • AI recognition may not always be accurate
  • AI chat responses are generated by machine learning and may contain errors
  • You should not rely solely on AI responses for critical decisions
  • AI may occasionally produce inappropriate or biased content

7.3 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
